Outer Work
Movement
While I love how I feel when I’m in great shape and the post-workout high is unbeatable (not to mention my vanity loves looking good), moving my body isn’t something I naturally crave every day. I need systems in place and workouts that genuinely inspire me. In-person yoga or Pilates classes are an easy win, but home workouts? They’re a serious struggle—I’ve tried so many. These, however, are the ones I keep coming back to.

Speir Pilates
I use these videos around 3 times weekly on my reformer. I tend to do the 30 min videos for specific body parts with 30 mins on the bike before.

Vertue Method Gym (Sculpt) by Shona Vertue
I generally don’t like the gym because I have no idea what I am doing and feel completely awkward when trying to figure it out. I would usually just resort to cardio, but we all now know that cardio is not the name of the game. Muscles are. Shona’s Gym Sculpt program is amazing, it is super simple, easy to follow with videos for each exercise. I use it when on the road and don’t have access to pilates or when I need to work on my butt, which is always.

V2 Max Reformer by Merrithew
I LOVE Pilates on a reformer. I live in a small town without much access to pilates, after being on the road for so long and doing pilates in different studios where I could, I am hooked and can’t wait to get one of these to get back into it at home. I will report back with who is the best at home instructor.

Walk
Just walk. Preferably first thing in the morning, no sunscreen or sun glasses.

Melissa Wood Health
Super quick and easy workouts for when you are on the road and need a quick burn.
Skin
My skin is always on my mind. I don’t want to rely on injections, and I truly admire the look of natural, graceful aging. I take after my father’s side of the family when it comes to skin, and it’s not an easy road—I really have to put in the effort.

Beauty Fascia by Anastasia
This is a real commitment and definitely not for the faint of heart. It involves daily face massage videos designed to lift and release tension. I aim to do it every day, though I go through phases of consistency and others where it’s not quite as daily. Still, the results are clear when I stick with it.
